The best way to find out more about our courses and to be the first to know when registrations are opening is to become a member of PBS! Joining as a member is required to register for our classes and courses.

We have two membership categories (both free!):

• Booksellers, for individuals

• Bookstore, for stores

Regional Trade Associations Are Our Supporters!

Because the school is supported by the ABA and the Regional Trade Associations, students in the Professional Booksellers School must be individual members, or work for stores who are members, of either their regional booksellers association or the American Booksellers Association. The exception is people who are prospective booksellers and aren't yet ready to join their trade association, who are welcome into our Basic Bookselling courses and classes.
