The Professional Booksellers School has a great new project in development: Bookstore Year One!  This will be year-long learning community for new store owners. Each month we'll be covering a different topic, with videos and other learning materials created by experienced owners then meetings via Zoom to ask questions and get advice.

We're creating this because we know how hard the first year is, and that systems and habits you establish up front will diminish problems and increase your bottom line as you grow. The group will be for new store owners only; your store must be open to join. The first time we offer this we'll be inviting in stores open three years or less; after the first year, it will be for new stores only.

We plan to go live in the fall of 2025. By signing up now you are expressing interest and ensuring you'll be the first to get news about costs and registration dates. Sign up now and you'll be given a private, pre-enrollment period!
Bookstore Year One is currently under development, led by Dean Dionne Sims. We plan to launch in the fall of 2025!
