Erin Caudill

Erin Caudill began working as a frontline bookseller in 2003 before moving into buying in 2007. Her buying career has been in companies ranging from 2 to 10 locations, and includes selecting the store opening inventory for two. Currently Erin leads a team of four as the Director of Merchandising, Books and head buyer for Joseph-Beth Booksellers with two large bookstores. Her buying experience includes front and backlist for adults and kids, remainders, calendars, and smattering of gift. Erin is an instructor in Inventory Management for PBS and has led education round tables at New Voices New Rooms and SIBA.
