Sarah Rettger is a buyer and inventory manager at Porter Square Books in Cambridge, MA. She's been in bookselling for a decade and a half, and has done everything from frontlist data entry (ten-key touch-typing is a valuable skill) to disassembling half the store overnight (but the new flooring was worth it).
